Grapes Varietals Sauvignon, Obeidy, Muscat, Clairette
Wine Making Picked in cases and pressed pneumatically as whole grapes. Fermentation takes place at low 18C with no malolactic fermentation.
Maturing The wine is bottled soon after fermentation and stabilization.
Taste A light, fruit-driven and floral wine, in which the fullness is derived from the Clairette, aroma from the Muscat; the vigor and freshness from the Sauvignon and the elegance from the Obeidy.
Ageing Ideally drink within 24 months of the vintage.
Serving With raw vegetables, Lebanese Mezze (appetizers), Goat cheese and fish. Serve chilled at 8°-10°C.
