Dry Red Wine
Latourba’s single vineyard Syrah aged in barrels, captures the aromas of dried fruit, cherries and gooseberry with hints of caramel, smoke and chocolate. It is smooth with round tannins and a long lasting aftertaste.
Ageing 12 months in French oak barrels
Alcohol level 14.5% vol.
Consumption 3-15 years+
Serving temperature 16-18 C.
Roast lamb, beef steak, wild boar, coq au vin, sausages, meat cooked in red sauce.
